End-to-end road transport offers a quicker alternative to sea transportation. Although sea freight is our main area of expertise, we’re also more than happy to arrange road transportation for your goods.
We can arrange road freight as part of our freight forwarding service, or as a standalone. Our road transportation service is fully integrated with our sea freight offering, so you benefit from having a single supplier who will move your load from door to door.
If your shipment will fill an entire truck, we’ll deal with it under our full truckload (FTL) service. However, we can also handle smaller loads, whether PTL (partial truckload or load to ride) or LTL (less than truckload). In either case, you only pay for the share of the truck you actually use, and we’ll match up your load with other shipments to ensure you get the best deal.
If your goods are travelling into or out of the UK, we can take care of customs clearance at your port of choice, drawing on our many years’ experience with sea freight and imports.
We offer full track-and-trace capability. We heavily invest the most up to date IT and freight systems which will allow full integration with your own systems, giving you instant visibility of all your loads as they travel to their destination. We also offer digital document handling, so you can upload your forms online instead of passing us physical paperwork.
